Game Incident Reports

Make sure you are submitting your Game Incident Reports following the proper procedure and timeframe!

Please note the addition of sending a TEXT to your Zone/local incident coordinator immediately after the game.

Rule of the Week Videos

Sean Tobin is a senior Hockey Canada official for the past 34 years. He is a member of the Hockey Canada Officiating Program Management Group and is the National Lead responsible for Officiating Coaching for Hockey Canada. He has served as an Official, Referee-in-Chief, Officiating Coach, and Officiating Mentor in various branches of Hockey Canada from Newfoundland and Labrador to British Columbia. Sean is also part of Hockey Canada's Master Officiating Development Program.

The Rule of the Week Youtube channel is for officials, coaches, and players who want to learn more about the rules of the game. Each week, Sean talks about a specific rule or situation in the Hockey Canada Rulebook. He breaks down the rule and explains how it should be applied in a game situation, often with video examples.
